Return & Refund Policy

At Hellspawn Toys N Collectibles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the terms outlined below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition.

  • Original retail packaging, factory seals, cards, and accessories must remain undamaged and fully intact.

  • Blind boxes, opened trading card packs, and final-sale clearance items are non-returnable due to the nature of collectibles.

Return Fees

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item, a damaged box, or the wrong product, Hellspawn Toys N Collectibles will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you ($0.00).

    • Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team by emailing support@hellspawntoysncollectibles.com or calling +1 562-796-9387. Please include your Order Number and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

  2. Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our physical store:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
