Thank you for shopping at Hellspawn Toys N Collectibles. We take great care in packaging every order—especially fragile collectibles, boxed action figures, and trading cards—to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. APO/FPO military addresses.

Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx with free shipping.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase (1–2 days handling + 4–5 days transit).

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hellspawntoysncollectibles.com or call us at +1 562-796-9387 so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
